It started in June 2017 …

as a way to document the east-west street in New York City known as Bleecker Street.  Bleecker Street connects punk rock hangouts to music and comedy venues to foodie stores and beauty stores. Bleecker Street, once the heart of American bohemia is now most famous for Greenwich Village nightlife and shopping.

The Village is both a place and a state of mind, it has no boundaries,  no matter where you live, Bleecker Street Beat will take you there.
